QUYTTRO is an independent clothing brand based in Quebec, Canada.

However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting, device settings, or production variations.

Measurements and sizing information are provided as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur due to the manufacturing process.

3. PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

Shipping costs, applicable taxes, and any other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Full payment is required when an order is placed, including for pre-order products.

QUYTTRO reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed, except where permitted or required by applicable law.

4. ORDERS

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping, billing, and contact information.

If you notice an error in your order information, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address or order can be modified once processing or shipping has begun.

5. PRE-ORDERS

Certain QUYTTRO products may be sold on a pre-order basis.

Pre-order products are not immediately available for shipment.

Unless otherwise indicated on the applicable product page, please allow approximately 8–12 weeks for production and fulfillment before shipment.

Payment is collected when the pre-order is placed.

By purchasing a product clearly identified as a pre-order, you acknowledge the stated estimated production timeline.

Production timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by manufacturing, quality control, transportation, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

Canada: 2–8 business days
United States: 4–9 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 6–14 business days
Other International Destinations: 7–22 business days

These are estimated carrier delivery times and do not include the production period applicable to pre-orders.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have regarding delayed, lost, or undelivered orders under applicable consumer protection law.

7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the customer's responsibility.

QUYTTRO does not control the amount of these charges or customs processing times.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Cancellation Policy.

Returned products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags attached.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed.

Once an order has entered processing, production, preparation, or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible under our standard cancellation policy.

This policy does not limit any cancellation rights available to consumers under applicable law.

10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
